  1. Appointments: All appointments must be booked in advance by phone, email, or in-person at our salon. We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation.
  2. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
  3. Payment: We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards as forms of payment. Payment is due at the time of service.
  4. Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind our work and want you to be completely satisfied with the services you receive. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours of your appointment and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
  5. Liability: Platinum Hair & Beauty is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur on our premises. We recommend that you keep your personal belongings with you at all times.
  6. Children: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the salon.

Refund Policy

At Platinum Hair & Beauty, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality of hair and beauty services. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to return a product or request a refund for a service. We have created the following refund policy to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases and the services they receive.

Refunds for Products:

If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from Platinum Hair & Beauty, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that we cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.

Refunds for Services:

If you are not satisfied with a service provided by Platinum Hair & Beauty, please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to resolve the issue and ensure that you are happy with the service. In the event that you are still not satisfied, we will provide a refund or offer to redo the service free of charge.

Refunds for Deposits:

Platinum Hair & Beauty requires a deposit for some of our services. If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, your deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, your deposit will be forfeited.

Refunds for Gift Vouchers:

Gift vouchers purchased from Platinum Hair & Beauty are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. However, they can be used to purchase any of our products or services.
